RBI Officer Grade B Examination 2025: Short Details of Notification

Short Information: The Reserve Bank of India has declared the RBI Grade B Phase-II Result 2026 for candidates who appeared in the mains examination for Officer Grade B posts. Applicants can now check their roll number in the list of shortlisted candidates released on the official website. The Phase-II result has been prepared based on candidates’ performance in the descriptive and objective papers conducted as per the prescribed exam pattern. Along with the result, category wise cut off marks have also been published to provide clarity regarding the minimum qualifying scores required for advancement to the interview stage. Candidates who qualify in Phase-II will be called for the final interview round, after which the final merit list will be prepared based on combined performance in mains and interview. Applicants are advised to download the official result notice and keep it for future reference during the selection process.

  • Graduation: A degree in any discipline (minimum 3 years) with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Post-Graduation: A degree in any discipline (minimum 2 years) with at least 55% marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD).
Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DEPR 17
  • Master’s degree in Economics, Econometrics, Quantitative Economics, Mathematical Economics, Integrated Economics, or Finance with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized Indian or foreign University/Institute.
Officers in Grade ‘B’ (DR) – DSIM 20
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematical Statistics, Mathematical Economics, Econometrics, Statistics & Informatics (IIT-Kharagpur), or Applied Statistics & Informatics (IIT-Bombay) with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade from a recognized University/Institute.
