They should have a Hindi stenography speed of 150 words per minute and a typing speed of 35 words per minute in both Hindi and English. Additionally, candidates must possess a computer certificate recognized by AICTE or DOEACC/NIELIT (equivalent to ‘O’ Level) or have passed a Computer Proficiency Test. |
